America is a Dynamite Horse (in more than one way ;). It is not so much a "diet" as a different approach to equine nutrition.

I put updates on our DERPY DAYS BLOG (or try to keep it update :) )of how his diet is helping to change his body to a more healthy and all around better place. I just want to note here that it takes more than just a diet change to get your horse to his optimum health. And a double note, I do not know everything, not even close. I am learning as I go and with that, I love to share the knowledge I am gaining! I find it absolutely fascinating. Watching the changes in his body, his demeanor, his work along with it, is amazing.
We are a work in progress but I attribute Dynamite for helping us to make this transformation! DAPPLES! And this was without consistent work. :)

I cannot rave about this product enough. There are so many beneficial factors to it. Lots of Omega 3's, healthy coats, better and easier digestions, helps to prevent sand colic, it helps with allergies and swelling, etc... I could go on.
I struggled for years trying to figure out how to fix his "anal leakage" or "wet farts" that he had for such a long time. When I started feeding him this, it fixed it! It was amazing!!!

These are four trays of minerals left in his stall at all times. It's different minerals that horses in the wild would find in the ground naturally but that we deplete from their diet through domestication. The concept behind it (and this does work) is that as he needs one of these minerals he will nibble on them. It's similar to when someone has a craving for something salty, that's your body's way of communicating with you. Horses are the same.
